We kept seeing the same thing everywhere: clients left in the dark, messy processes, no real clarity, content going out with no explanation, and reports that didn’t actually help. Founders felt like they had to perform for their agency instead of being supported by it. So, we spoke to founders, asked what frustrated them, what stressed them out, and what they wished agencies would actually do.
