Connect.AI came to us with a clear goal: generate more qualified leads, improve visibility, and build an outreach system that could contribute directly to company growth. In the beginning, the client believed the main opportunity was in targeting global markets. But through our early strategy calls, we identified a more effective path,  focusing on local businesses in Germany, where trust, relevance, and conversion potential were significantly higher.

Our approach centred on refining the offer, repositioning the target audience, and building a personalised outreach system that aligned with both the client’s service and their market. Instead of relying on broad messaging, we developed tailored communication designed to resonate with decision-makers and create more meaningful first-touch interactions.

This resulted in the client connecting with 200+ people per week through a structured and intentional outreach process. Alongside execution, we supported the workflow with clear reporting, regular updates, and direct communication whenever a lead progressed to a booked call, giving the client full visibility into how the pipeline was developing.
